It’s hilarious that non-Americans on Tumblr are all like “OMG DENNY’S TUMBLR MAKES ME WISH I LIVED IN AMERICA SO I COULD EAT THERE,” while us Americans will literally only eat at Dennys if it’s 3 in the morning and we’ve lost control of our life.

You don’t go to Denny’s. You end up at Denny’s.

Robin Williams’ characters were super popular in our house growing up, and I’ve always been a fan of his brand of comedy (his 1982 special still mostly holds up - i checked!) So sad that that he’s passed, but thankful that he left behind such a legacy of entertainment that we can continue to enjoy/that future generations can discover — thank you

Robin Williams was a fucking gift to humanity

No matter how you see one portray themselves online, in public, with their friends, or with their family, don’t ever assume that what you see is what they are. You never know how they actually view life internally. Sometimes happiness is a mask to wear when one is truly hurting. So be kind to others, listen to them, and share laughter and love as often as you can, remind each other that life here is not worth taking away, that they are not alone. I think Robin would want that.

robin williams is one of those people who’s always been around and you never think about how they might not be around one day because they’re already immortal in your mind but then you lose them and it feels like you’ve lost part of your own history
